I’m not talking about hair dye here either, though it might be getting time for another dose of that too. I’m delving back into the world of scrapbooking! Not only that but I’ve been using up some old kits that I had on hand. (Not Stampin Up either! GASP!).
When I did the kids’ first day of school pages for the blog hop I realized that I had not scrapbooked a single thing for their school albums in the entire last year. BAD MUMMY MOMENT people! I had to remedy that quick so I printed some photos and got straight into it last week. I did Graham’s pages first, and Emma’s are still to come. I loved getting back to where I started in paper crafting! Now, some of the pages you are going to see are utilitarian, full of facts, and not all works of art, but they are FINISHED and the kids like to see all that info on the pages, so I’m happy with that. I’ll start with Graham’s first day of school page from Year Two last year. I have blocked out faces and names of everyone else on the pages as I don’t have their permission to put them on the internet.
I’ve used pieces of the Storytime DSP and the Morning Post alphabet on here. All other items are from a kit that I had before. (ie the notebook paper and chipboard label holder)

I am porb a worse Mum than you….I do not scrap school at all….I don’t scrap!!! I love this page Nicole. Graham is so cheeky with his smiles. ooxx
