This DSP is so bright, colourful and pretty!  I loved it the moment I saw it.  Wasn’t I delighted when we all got a pack of it for FREE at Convention!  I was jumping up and down! (we got the matching fabric too!).  I used strips of this DSP for the base of this card, and then the Up, Up, and Away stamp set for the balloon.  the greeting is from Curly Cute:
