It’s time for another instalment of Festive Friday challenges! This week we’re up with a Product Challenge! The challenge was to use Glitter or Glimmer on your Christmas card. What’s your pleasure? Glitter or Glimmer? I think I can tell the preference of the design team!
You challenge is to create a Christmas creation using one or both of these products. Any glitter will do, the Glass glitter is beautiful, the retired chunky glitter too…anything to give your project a bit of sparkle!
Enter more than one card if you get a chance, the more the merrier! If you do not have a blog to post your card on, you can use a free photo hosting site like Photobucket, or just email me the photo and I’ll post it for you! Jump in with both feet! We’re going to have random prizes on some weeks too so you NEVER KNOW when you might be in the running for some stamping goodies too!!! I’ve got to have at least 5 entries in a week before I’m going to offer up a prize though! Now, lets get on to the details of the challenge….

3: Load your project online somewhere, or email it to me at branicinoz@gmail.com and mention who on my design team inspired you.
4: Link your project below by clicking on the frog, which will take you to the link site.
5: Links close Thursday May 24th at 10am. Winners will be posted later on May 24th.

My card this week used both the silver and the red glimmer paper to make a paper pieced Candy Cane:
Sarah used the Own punch to make a glimmer Santa:
Carolyn used the leaf from the Bird Punch to make a sparkly Wreath:
Alison used the Medallion Background and coloured her glimmer paper for a punched shape:
Sharlene used a piece of Glimmer and the Season of Joy set:
Tracey used the Delightful Decorations set and some glimmer paper too!
See? I TOLD you what the design team’s favourite was, GLIMMER PAPER! Every single one of use used it! I’m surprised I didn’t see any glass glitter or Dazzling Diamonds! Your turn now, show us how you would like to add glitter or glimmer to your Christmas Project!

I don’t own any glass glitter – darn it. The glimmer paper is just so darn easy to use
Love the no-mess factor, with glimmer paper. I was inspired by Sarah’s use of the Owl Builder punch, and dotty embossed paper – thanks, Sarah! Had a lot of fun making my card for this challenge.
I’ve added my card to this week’s challenge. I cheated a bit in that I had this card in my stash, left over from Christmas.
