I never like having to make Sympathy Cards. Nobody Does. The fact is though, that sometimes they are necessary. A few weeks ago, we lost a couple of long-term patients of our clinic. I felt the need to give them some special comfort, so I made them these cards. I started off with this simpler one:
I’ve used the Beau Chateau DSP, and the Thoughts and Prayers Stamp set.
In the stepped up version, I sponged and masked a background, added some pearls and the vintage crocheted trim.
I like this colour combination too. Marina Mist, Soft Suede, Pink Pirouette and Very Vanilla.
Hope you like this new pair, and it gives you some ideas for those difficult cards we have to make sometimes.

Sadly it must be the season Nicole. We have lost a large number of long term pts in the last 3 weeks too. I have a postr coming up on this soon too. I am kind of torn as to which one I like best. I think I like the first one. Perhaps it’s the colour combo…I am unsure. I doff me cap tho to anyone who has sponging and masking prowess!! Brilliant job.
