This is a new A La Carte stamp from the new IBC.  It’s called Something for Christmas.  Now, in the both versions, I used the Woodgrain Background stamp, and coloured in the image in with markers before stamping.

For the stepped up version, I sponged around the edge of the card, added the bow and glittered the ornaments (though you can’t really see the glitter).  The border is the new dotted scallop ribbon border punch!  I’ve used Always Artichoke, Bravo Burgundy and Early Espresso here.
