When I made this card, I wasn’t really happy with it, at first. It was too “plain” but I didn’t really want to add any more colour. I used Brads and ribbons alot so didn’t want to add those. Then I thought I’d add some interest with piercing. I pierced with the Mat Pack template to make what looks like photo corners on the 4 corners of the card. I then popped up the centre of the flower and I was much happier. Did you know the piercing tool is now available seperately? Check out pg 148 of the new catalogue and get yours today!

Two of my most un-favourite colours … but somehow you have made them work beautifully together! Now … that is the sign of a GREAT card maker! Love the extra touches … and you are right … they did help make the card “pop”! Hugs xxaxx
