This one came together really nicely. I wanted a more elgant feeling since it was pictures of a vineyard, and wine-tasting. I pulled out the Sweet Nothings kit and it worked well with the colours (green grapes and vines, red wine, you get the idea). I stopped before I added the flourishes but my husband told me it needed some “stuff” on it (love his technical talk). Then I discovered these great flourishes in the kit, so I stuck them on with a rhinestone brad through each of them. I think that was the finishing touch. I also love the crystal effects on the letters, makes it look more “finished”. What do YOU think?
I just noticed that my Mom is in these photos too, but this was not from her most recent visit. This was from her first visit to Australia in December 2008. We took a weekend trip up to the Barossa Valley Wine region while she was here.

Don’t you love the way our hubbies are so good at tech talk … but I love it that they are actually interested enough to give a suggestion! Looks like you had a fantastic time! And … I think you have the perfect balance of flourishes and colour! Hugs Andrea xx
